My orders are not printing to the kitchen

If your orders are not printing to the kitchen:

  1. Ensure that Online Orders are enabled on your Square POS/Register.
  2. Check whether kiosk orders appear under "Orders" or "Transactions" on your Square POS/Register and Dashboard.
  3. If kiosk orders are visible on both your Square POS/Register and Dashboard, contact Square support at 1-855-700-6000. They are aware of this issue, which occasionally occurs due to hardware updates. A customer support representative will guide you through resolving the issue promptly.
  4. IMPORTANT: When speaking to customer support, be sure to mention that the kiosk orders are visible in Square. This crucial information will help expedite the troubleshooting process.
