Troubleshooting Printing Duplicate Kiosk Orders

1. Try restarting (turn off and on) the printer(s). If this does not resolve the issue, proceed to step 2.

2. Multiple copies can print if:

  • Multiple point of sale devices have the same printer profile (with online order tickets enabled) assigned to a printer.
  • More than one printer profile has order tickets enabled
