The “Loading Menu, Please wait a few seconds” error message occurs when there is no or very unstable internet. Connecting to a stable network will solve the issue.
- Exit the kiosk app and check whether your kiosk is connected to a internet network. See instructions here.
- Check if your wifi router is ON. If it is, try restarting it.
- If your router is far from the kiosk, bring it closer.
- Check if there are any outages with your internet service provider
- Consider switching over to a hardwired Ethernet connection for the kiosk and Square terminal.
