My menu changes are not appearing on the kiosk

Solution 1:

1. On the Welcome page, you'll notice "menu uploading" in faint grey at the bottom right corner. Once it disappears (which may take anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes, depending on the size of your menu), your changes will be visible.
2. If "menu uploading" doesn't appear, close the kiosk app and reopen it.

Solution 2:

If you have an item in more than one category in Square, the kiosk will only have that item in the first category it was assigned to. Currently, Gamsa only supports ONE category for an item.

Solution 3:

If you have an "ARCHIVED" item on Square, it will appear on the kiosk. Please go to the Square dashboard > Item Library > Filter "Archived" > Delete item(s) or Kiosk Exclude.
