Claiming Orders By Customer Name, Autogenerated Number, Text Message, etc

Go to your Gamsa back office > Locations > Order Configs > Customers claim orders by > Select one of the following:

  1. Customer Name
  2. Auto-generated Number
  3. Order/Table Number
  4. Text Message ($.02 per text charge)

Restart the kiosk app and you will see your changes.

**By default, the kiosk will provide your customer an auto-generated number.
