Please make sure your Square terminal is charged at least 35% and software is up to date prior to following the instructions below. See official Square terminal troubleshooting docs.
- Log Into the Gamsa Backoffice using the Log In ID you used to initially sync with Square. Please do not create a new account. If you do not remember the email you used, let us know and we will confirm it for you.
- Click on the Locations tab and the locations linked to your Square account will be listed
- Click on the location where you want to set up your kiosk
- Click the Get Square Terminal Pairing Code for each kiosk (kiosk #1, kiosk #2, etc) and a Pairing Code will be displayed.
- Turn on your Square Terminal and connect it to the wifi
- On the Sign in Page of the terminal, choose the Device Code button. Use the Pairing Code generated in the previous step.
