Upselling

Select items to upsell on the kiosk by following the steps below:

1. Log onto your Gamsa backoffice > Settings > Marketing >  Upsell > Select a Category and mark the items you'd like to upsell. Click Save

1. Either wait for the next customer to use the kiosk app or refresh it manually to see the changes.

Best Practices for Effective Upselling

1. Select your most profitable menu items
2. Highlight your most popular items
3. Include complementary items like sides, desserts, and drinks that pair well with main dishes
4. Use high-quality photos to make upsell items visually appealing
5. Limit the number of upsell options to no more than 6 to avoid overwhelming customers
