Hide items from kiosk
- After you’ve connected your Square account to Gamsa, every item in your Square catalog will have a custom attribute called “Kiosk Exclude”.
- Toggle the Kiosk Exclude button to true on items that you do not want displayed/sold on the kiosk. For example, you may not want to sell merchandise (mugs, t-shirts, giftcards) on the kiosk.
- To use this feature, go to the Edit Item page and scroll down to the Custom Attributes section as displayed below.
- If all items in a category are marked “Kiosk Exclude”, the category will not display on the Kiosk.
- Important: “Kiosk Exclude” should not be used to mark items as sold out or temporarily unavailable, see 86-ing and Item Availability for more information.
Hide an entire Category
You can "kiosk exclude" an entire category of items by using the bulk edit feature on the Square dashboard.
